Appalling service received

The most ridiculous service received, I’ve since requested for a paid up letter after the account was paid up in full instead the employees that work there are not interested in servicing clients, the minute you call you get transferred with no assistance, account was paid in full however they cannot send me a simple letter stating that the account is paid up in full
