This company will frustrate you. I made a payment arrangements with them and they don’t tale money on time, i dont have any proof of me paying, i can not get hold of them. I don’t know what to do anymore. Paid for two months and the debt is not going down but remaining as it is. When i call the call centre lady is so impatient and does not care at all. Why does FNB work with such firms thou?
