ANGRY AND DISGUSTED

I had an FNB account so I took a temp loan a few years ago maybe about 5 years then three years ago these attorneys called me so I made payment arrangements they then call me again this year thus far I have paid over a R1000.00 of the R1500.00 I had initially owed.

I asked them for a detailed statement which I fought for eventually they sent it to me but instead of sending me a detailed statement I get this email from them; the email sets out what is in the statement but the statement itself does not have these things listed and in addition the handover amount was R1659 I paid R1052.00 balance outstanding is still R1659.00 can someone explain how in the heavens this is still the balance despite those payments I also see on the statement the account was at one point only R383.00 boom it says balance adjusted and then its R1659.00 again? now they threatening me I am going to fight this tooth and nail because I wont be bul**** by a debt collection company that thinks 1. I do not know the law and 2. I do not know how an account statement should look like. now this very RUDE girl Caitlynn cannot answer my questions she should get training in customer care and telephone etiquette.
