All Emails don't work for making payment arrangement

I have sent more than 6 emails to these emails: accounts: ********** , ********** , ********** , ********** all emails keeps bouncing back but they keep sending me sms saying I must make payment arrangements via those emails then they keep sending me threatening sms none stop
