Account is paid but they keep saying I'm not making payments or communicating
I've been making payments to the account but I keep getting emails that I have not made communications or payments towards my account, or maybe I should always WhatsApp and talk as friends. This is harassment and torture. I am making payments and I do WhatsApp every week to keep the communication what more should I do? Visit the office?
