I have agreed on a settlement amount that was offered to me and I paid it on the 20th Feb 2023. The last time I heard from them was when they acknowledged receipt of the money. I have been waiting for a settlement letter since. Calling them is useless because you are told to wait and no replys if you email. Can I just get my settlement letter, I will update with bureaus self
