Take your business AWAY from GIGAWAVE

This is the most useless *********** entity EVER! It cannot be called a service AT ALL! First the ***** up my WORKING system, by out of the blue, changing my macaddress of my home router, do i smell a rat here? Suspecting someone else living on my money, after a 6 hour ordeal, while Vumatel support is present, that was fixed, BUT THEN MY OUTGOING EMAIL is blocked out, no access on relay server. For 4 weeks, they do not simply know how to fix that. Problem has been escalated...that is ALL I was told, unfortunately I already paid for FEB 2023. No feedback, no communication, if there was ever a company with a dead wish, its them, Gigawave. They will be out of business SOON!
