Unbelievable service!!!!

These people saved my life in the last two days after another supplier failed to deliver. Giftwrap Trading managed to source, organize and engrave 100 pens in 12 hours. They even dropped the parcel at the couriers depot!!! The service, efficiency and friendliness with which they handled my order was outstanding. I was stressed and worried that I would disappoint my client but Giftwrap Trading simply said leave it in our hands and they kept every single promise. They have restored by faith that there are suppliers out there that do care and do keep their promises. Unbelievable!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you
