*****sters with no refund policy

Bought an item they delivered the wrong item after which they advised they would exchange for the right item. They didn’t deliver the item when I needed it as per agreement and they refused to refund me after giving me the run around for 2 weeks. Extremally unprofessional organization with incompetence at full volume. Theres no customer service and the managers are not helpful. I have made an official complaint with the consumer ombudsman
