Poor service and no communication

<div>I ordered promotional items with ++++. She gave me a quote which i approved, gave a go ahead and paid it in full. Then the process of artworks began, sending the works back and forth until we reached conclusions on what can be printed. To my surprise, she send me a new invoice that is R3000 more than what we agreed on where i was expecting to get a refund from her because of the changes i made on my order, the changes i discussed with her. I have been to her office 2 times to get answers but could not speak her because she was very busy and yes i did not have an appointment with her but the time i was busy with the artworks i could see her without an appointment,. I nees answers on how did she proceed with the order that is more than what i paid for without discussing with me. She tells me the order had to be more because my logo had to be in color, mind you the diary on my quote which is what i approved is not the same as the one that is in this new invoice. Also, on my request i did not mention the color of the logo, so for her to choose which color she will go for without discussing with me is another thing. She has told me that she will get back to me, she will send me detailed email which hasn't happened since the 3rd of September. she has been blue ticking me on whatsapp and keeps ignoring my messages. My question to her is simple, who approved for her to proceed with an order that is R3000 more than what i have paid for, why must i be made to pay for what was not discussed with me. I need answers to that and i need my refund back. I am an SMME trying to make it up the ladder but with people like her causing me costs that i am not prepared for, making me run at a loss in my business without communicating with me is just a stumbling block to small companies like mine</div>
