Gift wrap poor service
Very poor service. 1. Took them and hour to put a purchase through for X4 shirts. When I finally where asked to pay I was told that the stock is by other stores and not by them. This was after they said that they have the order in stock. No clear communication and wrong info. After x3 days I had to follow up and was told that my purchase was ready. I told them that I'll be there in 10min. Got to the store and again waited for an hour and a half for my order for they couldn't find it. Really frustrating and poor service.

After everything I had to go through with them, they have the audacity to make a promise to me the client that they will deliver my purchase between 18:00 & 19:00 Friday night. I cancelled my plans for them and guess what. Again they don't feel a **** about the client. Didn't pitch or phoned. They are the ****ing worst and unorganized business I've ever came across. I will never recomend them to anyone. They might have so called the best price but definitely not worth too deal with the empty promises and **** service and to top it off. Nobody answers when you call and no emergency NR. I wish the poor people who has to deal with these idiot's.
