Frustrated with no answers

Ordered custom designed tubular bandanas / multi-functional headgear from Giftwrap Trading - the Promofessionals). After asking for product detail and size for artwork repeatedly via email and phone calls, I continued to receive unsatisfactory proofs, without an explanation of what is actually needed. Being absolutely frustrated with the lack of product understanding, I just approved the artwork, due to delivery deadline. Wonder if, when and how this will turn out.
