Extremely Poor Service

Our company is having a very bad experience with them. We ordered 100 masks from them and first of all had to wait forever for it to get delivered....long after the date that they told us it will be ready and delivered. Second of all we eventually received the masks and more then half of them were to small and didn't fit our staffs faces.....They collected the masks in July and told us it will be sent back to the factory to have them repaired....we in September now and every time i phone they advise they will get back to me shortly, i send e-mails without reply.....this is just the poorest service our company has ever experienced!!!
