Gift wrap trading - what a joke

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!

We struggled 3 days to get a quotation on shirts, where the company got the sizes wrong, we waited another two days for their sizing charts, paid for an express delivery that was supposed to be delivered in 48 hours, 6 days later, we were told that the sales lady didn't notice that we requested an express delivery, which by the way, was what we were quoted on and paid for, the shirts were delivered at 22:17 at night, whereafter a shirt was missing and one of the shirts' logo hadn't printed properly, two logos on two other shirts has partially come off after the first wash and they have the audacity to yell at me because I DARE say that this is a service issue.

Sheryl-Ann, the salesgirl who helped me, never returns your phone calls when you have an issue and Mr. du Toit, their so-called manager, yelled at me during the total conversation, after I calmed down, and asked him if I can please have an opportunity to speak and explain what my issue is. Not once, did he give me an opportunity to even end my sentence before yelling at me again!!!!!!

I will advise anyone that is sound of mind, and who wants a professional and enjoy full experience, to stay clear of this excuse of a business! They know nothing of professionalism/ customer service nor apparently what they are doing as their products are of poor quality.
