As a b@#$k person do not use this company

On 14 March I paid GiFTwrap Trading (Pty) Ltd R10,427.80 in full for branded clothing (Quotes MOR7652 and MOR7669). To date, I have received neither the goods nor my money back. On 30 March I visited their premises to collect samples and returned them the same day. They are now claiming I never brought the samples back — a blatant lie — and are using this as an excuse to withhold both delivery and my refund. I dealt with no fewer than five people at this company: Morufa, Benje du Toit, Sheryl-Ann, Tristan, and now Anita in Finance. Five people. Not one of them has resolved this. Instead, I have been passed around, given conflicting information, and left over R10,000 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I was forced to issue a formal written demand under the Consumer Protection Act, referencing the CGSO and the National Consumer Commission, before getting any meaningful engagement — and even that has not resulted in resolution. This is not a supplier you can trust. They take your money, they don't deliver, and when you push back they fabricate excuses. I strongly caution any individual or business against using GiFTwrap Trading until they demonstrate they can honour basic commercial obligations.
