**** ALERT — GIFTWRAP / JUST BRAND, PRETORIA

I am writing this review as a last resort after being ****** of R2,320.13 since November 2025. Yes — ******. They took my money, delivered nothing, and have been stonewalling me for over FOUR MONTHS.

Here is exactly what happened:

✅ 27 November 2025 — I accepted and paid Quote TND21681 IN FULL. Same day. R2,320.13. No outstanding balance. No conditions.

❌ They then tried to charge me EXTRA fees that were NEVER on the quote I signed. A quote is a legally binding contract under the Consumer Protection Act. They fabricated a clause after the fact.

❌ Their staff member Thandi responded dismissively, told me to WhatsApp "the director" — completely unprofessional for a formal written complaint.

❌ The so-called DIRECTOR was RUDE, arrogant, and showed zero accountability. He runs a company that takes people's money and hides.

❌ Another staff member, Sheryl-ann, admitted a key employee had left — meaning they lost the history of my order and expected ME to suffer for THEIR internal failures.

❌ I submitted my full bank proof of payment. Multiple times. Still nothing.

❌ No product. No refund. No apology. Complete silence.

This is now April 2026. That is FOUR MONTHS AND COUNTING.

This is not a billing dispute. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a company that takes your deposit, delivers nothing, ignores your emails, and bets that you'll give up.

I have every email. I have the signed quote. I have bank proof of payment. I have dates, names, and a paper trail.

To GiftWrap and their director reading this: you have my name, my email, and my number. You've had them since November. You chose silence. Now the public will know exactly who you are and how you operate.
