Opening an insurance without our knowledge and refuse to refund all our money.

On the 1st of August 2016 I've learnt that a debit of R2938.06 went off on the 29th July 2016,the reason why

i never realized the money getting debited every month was because my husband's job requires him to travel a lot so he wasn't aware of the money disappearing because when he travels he gets a large amount of money,so since July he was working on site so that's how he came to know about the debit because he was getting less money,So my husband decided to go and enquire inside the bank and he was told it's GIB that's debiting every month,My husband then called me asking me if I knew anything about GIB,i then told him i got no idea at all who they are.I then googled GIB and found out it's a broker insurance,I then called in and spoke to a lady named Stacey and she wanted my policy number which i clearly didn't have. I explain her,i don't know and we not even aware about this policy,I told her i personally open a policy at Dial direct and don't know about this, otherwise i would've rather claimed from them instead of claiming at Dial direct,When she learnt that I got a policy at Dial direct and didn't know anything about this one,she suggested that it will be dual refund, which I refused I was told to talk with her, superior Catherine,Which i did and Catherine promised to get back to me,on the 4th of August 2016,which she never did. The Friday on the 5th of August 2016 I decided to rather give a call because she's not getting back to me,We spoke and she said she didn't get any response from a manager as soon as she get a reply she will contact me.On the 12th of August 2016 I called in once again with my airtime,She said she still never got a reply and promised yet again as always,On the 18th of August 2016 i sent her a sms,She then called me with her mobile phone i was been given her cell number by the receptionist ,She said it will be dual refund they will be liable for 50% and Dial direct will have to give the other 50% I refused it once again. Because my husband never opened a policy with them neither did i,who opened it,I was been told it was open on behalf of my husband by a sales person, now i was been put back to Stacey,i ask 4 my husband's signature it was email to me,i told them it wasn't my husband's signature and how come there was absolutely no communication what so ever them and my husband there was only emails of the sales person ,the residence address wasn't our address as well.

Stacey then asked me to get bank statements that they were debiting every month and a confirmation letter from Dial direct stating we have a policy with them so that they can pay me the lump sum out, which i did on Monday 22nd of August 2016 Stacey emailed me to ask if we got the bank statements,we then told her we will send it the next day the 23rd of August,On the 24th August 2016 she then asked me now for proof that Dial direct was been debiting from our account as well so they can pay my full amount of money which is R11 300 and some rands,i sent it as well,On the 25th of August 2016 I called Stacey and I was told she was in a meeting at 12h50 she was on lunch, after 2h00 she was in training apparently i left a message, she then called me back at about 3h00,told me again about dual refund i then asked her why did you tell me to get all these documentations to get the R11 300 and some rands back,I got angry because it seemed i am the fool in all of this and then raised my voice and she ask me,who do i think i am to shout at her,and then she cut the call in my ear. I kept calling even the receptionist didn't answer anymore until a woman named Roxanne answered and told me what she felt like telling me.I then decided to call Catherine on her mobile phone she never answered my call, until they email me saying they will deposit the money into my husband's account,I then got an email they deposited R5960.96 and that i should ask Dial direct to call Saxum and ask for the other half of our money.I ask on several times for the sales conversation but they refused to give any reply they got my husband's name and surname with his bank details but nothing either than that because he never opened this policy. The address and signature isn't my husband, they only got emails of sales person nothing of my husband to prove he opened the policy. Why should Dial direct pay money out for a policy we didn't even open and before Dial direct paid my claim they did a check if we didn't have another policy, they got absolutely nothing and on the email i received from GIB it's not my husband's mobile number and when GIB increased the policy from R533.17 to R766.75 then to R1832 where is letters and prove that we agreed on any increase? And i did reversed the amount of R2938.06 on the 20th of August 2016 then i was asked by Stacey on 23rd of August 2016 about the reserve and said they only owe us R11 300 and some rands because we reversed the R2938.06.
