Bad Service

I have filled for my provident fund on the 26th of February 2024 and today is the 18th of April and I have not received my monies infact the administrator Busisiwe Dagbo is ignoring my follow up emails. I would really advice companies not to use this scheme for their employees, this is something I even told my current employer not to do since they are looking for a provident fund scheme for its employees.
