Bad communication on maintenance of website. Always worked and now all of a sudden not working.

People are in need of money. The 2 pot system made it possible for people to keep alive. Not everyone has loads of money. Their system was off for maintenance and preparation for the 2 pot system until the 3rd of September 2024 at 12h00. Soon after that it changed to 5 September 2024 at 12h00. It came and go, it is 13h18 now and its still not up and running. Furthermore members will wait between 6 - 8 weeks for money, whereas other companies pay out within 10 days. And no correspondence from them is the worst.
