Atrocious Service & Poor Turn Around Times

The lack of service here is personified. I app**** for my retirements package in March 15th, I was advised of a 6-8 weeks turn around time, needless to say its been way longer than that and I still have not received my money, the agent Larochelle advised to give me call, I have not received it to date.
