DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

<p>I don't think I have ever experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional service. I received a R350 voucher which should be valid at any Giant Hyper store. However, Mr. Usman (the arrogant, acting store manager) refused to allow me to use it as it had a different managers signature on it. He created a huge scene in the store and told the cashier's that they must pack away the products I handpicked out of the store. Instead of handling the situation like a professional he deliberately poked at my religion and treated me in a way that customers shouldn't be treated. </p> <p>I am highly disappointed. I won't recommend anyone to purchase ANYTHING at the Giant Hyper, in Epping. </p> <p>I trust that this would be dealt with accordingly and that I'd be contacted with an apology from Mr Usman.</p>
