Disgusting and unsatisfactory service
What a disgusting and very disappointing service I received from one of the cashiers by the name of Thumeka at the Giant Hyper Cape Gate brunch. When I approached her till which did not have a closed sign to pay and was empty, i stood there and asked 3 times if her till was closed and she just ignored me continued to chat with her colleague while “me” as a customer stood in front of her till. she dared to argue with me with no remorse of the unsatisfactory service she delivered. She saw that i was agitated and unsatisfied of her service, instead of apologising she argued with me. Another kind and sweet lady by the name of Thuliswa called to me to her till because she saw i was being ignored by the cashier “Thumeka”. Her customer service is very bad.
