Disappointing customer service

I am totally disappointed as per usual with your customer service from your Epping branch. On Saturday i purchased two boxes of jaya noodles as it was advertised as R79.99 on your leaflet and this promotion ends the 30th of September. I got home and saw that I paid R94.99 a box. I returned today with my slip to query this and get my R25 difference returned. I was helped my an elderly man who tried to assist me as he wanted aid me with the price difference, his colleague told him that it's a difference in the packets therefore it's different prices. He then called upon Theresa who then went to the product and told me an apology letter was placed which I did not see on Saturday and this was told to her by deon who is also a manager. She told me she can refund the difference if I had the product, which I had used already, yet previously being a sales assistant I knew there is a way that I could have been aided. I was forced to purchase at your store yet now I will never ever purchase at your store again. Your customer service for management is disgusting and this event had me held up for an half hour.
