Bad service from Giant Hyper

I phoned in twice to speak to the diner, hold on both times very long, then the diner just put the phone down and the second time a gentleman answered and said when I asked if it's the diner, hello who's this, then I phoned to speak to a manager and the gentleman answering the phone said nothing and just handed the phone to another lady who kept on saying something or making a fool of me while I'm trying to explain the situation to her, when I phoned again to get her name she was like I did not give you attitude, very very poor service, for such a big store.
