Zero stars for GFS Express

Absolutely terrible experience with GFS Express. Their customer service staff have no idea where packages are and seem to give random answers just to end the conversation. To make things worse, they send **** delivery updates claiming “delivery failed” or “could not contact customer” when they never even called or arrived at my house. Completely dishonest service. I honestly don’t understand how any business can use such a poor courier company that clearly does not care about customers or accountability. The biggest disappointment is Temu choosing to use this unreliable courier service. Customers deserve far better than this.
