Zero service on package delivery

My package has been due to be delivered since 10 Dec. I have received various Whatsapp msgs from drivers that they are coming, but it doesn't, and no feedback. On their customer support nr, they say you have to Whatsapp them, on Whatsapp they say you need to phone them. Absolutely no support whatsover. I am about to open a case at the police for theft of my package.
