Worst Service Provider

This is the worst carrier company, it has been a week now and still not recieved delivery that was due a week ago, everyday since the 24th of March 2026, i have recieved a WHATSAPP advising the driver is on its way to deliver my parcel and an OTP pin, and everyday since then there is an update on my TEMU order that states delivery failed, rescheduled with customer but i was not even contacted, WHY DOES TEMU insist on using this carrier when there is so much complaints and non delivery. this has not been my first bad experience with this carrier, i have requested my money back from Temu but they also not getting back to me. GFS EXPRESS, call center is even worse, either they tell you they dont know what to say or they just cut the call.
