Worst service I have ever experienced

Is there a zero-star rating for customer service for this company?! There's no customer service at all. The phone number doesn't work, and when you finally get through, the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. If I treated my customers this way, I'd be fired yesterday! The service is atrocious. Do not ever use this company. You have been warned.
