Worst service ever! NEVER AGAIN !

If I could give a rating of minus 1000 stars it would still be too much. Worst and Most useless courier I have ever encountered. My parcel has been out for delivery since 13th August. In between that there have been 2 failed delivery attempts that were supposedly rescheduled with myself. Not a single person has contacted me so it is a blatant lie. But on Temu's system it then looks like the customer is at fault. I have phoned the call centre about 100 times and if you are lucky enough to get through they will just tell you what they think you want to hear or just hang up on you. I have offered several times to drive to the warehouse and fetch my own parcel... that is a guaranteed way to get cut off. Honestly, the parcel is my property. I have paid for it.... why cant I fetch it? It would certainly be quicker than waiting for them. Thanks to their non existent level of service they have messed up an Important project and it is too late for the items I ordered. It has cost me time and airtime chasing them as well as customs fees one will probably never get back .... just shocking ridiculous absent service. It feels like some elaborate plot....
