Worst service ever

Parcel has been out for Delivery since 29 January. Keep getting emails and WhatsApp messages confirming my parcel will be delivered on this day. Still no delivery received. They do not respond on WhatsApp, they don't bother getting back to you, after they said they will get back to you. It is very difficult getting hold of them. It is the WORST service I have ever gotten. I even said I will go to their warehouse and collect my parcel, and they don't want me to do that.
