Worst service delivery

Worst Temu delivery service, my package has been "OUT FOR DELIVERY" for more than a week now, every time i call i get told that the driver has 3 days to deliver then it fails and a new driver gets assigned, i keep on calling to get the same scripted answers from the call centre, what a bunch of useless workers. tried the whatsapp line also not helpeful, tried calling to speak to a manager or supervisor, as soon as they transfer me the call cuts, i am so frustrated with them at this moment, i do not want to support this delivery service as they are a bunch of useless idiots
