Worst service delivery

Worst service ever. They let me stay at home waiting for a parcel that I need for a bridal shower. They book it back and say that due to bad weather that could not be deliver. This day was cloudless and warm. I contacted Temu as there is no way to get a hold of them. They send me an email on 15 th May to say it is scheduled for delivery. I am still waiting. I tried to make contact to state that I will pick it up from them. No response.
