Worst delivery service

I am extremely dissappointed with this company's service. My Temu order was sent out for delivery TWO WEEKS AGO. Each time I receive an update as to where my package is the excuse changes. First they advised they were unable to get hold of me, which is impossoble as I work from my phone 12 hours a day, everyday. Second excuse now is that the driver can't deliver due to strikes in the area. This is ridiculous. I will ensure that I never use these services again.
