Worst delivery company

I had an order to be delivered ( address and everything provided already) day of delivery the driver calls me and ask where am I, advise exactly where that address is! He then says well come to pizzahut cause i cant come that side( with attitude).. I tell him I am at the office im working so I am not leaving the office for a walk to pizza hut for an order that had an address to be delivered to!! He then hungup and til now I have not recited my order!!! I contact the company on WhatsApp no response even now!!! I called the contact centre a lady answered im assuming WFM , background was a child screaming and crying she didn’t even hear a thing I was calling for and she placed me on hold until she dropped!!.. such bad service!! You are a consumers nightmare
