Worst delivery company

Worst delivery company ever, driver doesn’t call when delivering, the next thing the delivery has failed ‘rescheduled with Customer’ which customer? Whereas no one has called you. Next thing it’s out for delivery, it’s been more that 5 days now. When you call the call centre and you’re lucky to go through, you will be told they don’t have specific dates for delivery🤔. They should just closed down because they are failing dismally..
