Worst Courier Service Ever

This is the worst service i have ever received from any courier service.

First of all they do not give you the correct update, it either states that the aprcel is in transit from Johannesburg for 3 days then they say it is in Bloemfontein getting sorted

When you call they are rude and drop the phone in your ear or they yransfer you to their delivery dept whom never answers the phone Their website does not update to show you what is going on.

Wors customer service we have ever received I would not reccomend them to handle any of your parcels
