Worst Courier Service!

This is the worst courier service in South Africa. You cannot get hold of anyone on the support line, when you do, they don't help resolve your issue. I've been waiting a week for a parcel that is in my town with NO UPDATES from the courier service. If I don't phone them, I don't know what is going on. And this is not the first time. I need to email them every time a package is with them to tell them to do their jobs. Absolutely ridiculous!
