Worst Courier Experience – Lost Parcel and No Accountability

GFS Express is by far the worst courier I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order with Temu that they handled, and despite phoning multiple times, I never received my parcel. It was even marked as “delivered” when it wasn’t. Temu eventually refunded me and kindly gave me extra credit as an apology.

I used the credit to order again, hoping it wouldn’t go through GFS, but despite my complaints and attempts to cancel, it did. The same stress and frustration all over again. Their tracking is misleading, staff are unhelpful, and I’ve completely lost trust in both GFS and Temu for continuing to use them. This will be my last order from Temu!
