WORST COURIER EVER!!!!

I ordered my package on the 21 of December on Temu and it was shipped and received on the 24th of December where I already paid for my courier on that day. My package has been this side from the 24th of December till today the 9th of January I haven't received my package and when I call them no one answerers, someone from GFS express claimed they'll deliver my package and when I call them they don't answer, they sent me an sms claiming they're trying to deliver my package. I don't ever want GFS express to deliver my packages in the future and they're not a courier I'd depend on ever again.
