Worst Courier Company used by Temu

The worst courier service ever. Call agents are clueless, keep telling me my package is still en route eight days later (for a route that’s supposed to take two hours max to arrive at the next hub) because the “system” says so. Others tell you a completely different story about it awaiting driver to be assigned. No escalation is possible and nothing they can do.You can’t speak to anyone at the warehouses or superiors. Basically no one can tell you where your parcel actually is. To top things off, their system keeps auto generating a nonsensical “Out for delivery” email every 3 days so that it’s not possible to request refund on Temu. You call them and the agents tell there’s nothing they can do. I called over 50 times in one week. Absolutely the worst
