Worst courier company Ever!!!

Honestly the worst courier company ever to be handle and deliver your parcel. I'm waiting for my package since 21 December. They send the same update everytime. When I eventually got through to the call center they told me my package was sent to Rustenburg. I am in JHB. My package was in JHB initially but for what reason then got sent to Rustenburg. I am now waiting for almost 10 days for them to return the package to JHB. I honestly think this place is a ****. They're collecting everyone's customs payment but not delivering the packages. I'm pretty sure my parcel was ******. They have been escalating this request for the last 10 days. Today I asked to speak to a manager and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes. I eventually cut the call.
