Worst courier company

Such a bad courier company to deal with, consultants are ******** they put you on mute and do not help with queries , my delivery failed because the driver did not have enough time, when I call to follow up they say they will be assigning my package to another person for delivery , I’ve called more that 10 times for feedback and they put me on hold then drop the call. They don’t have an email address the contact number is automated and it has been such a challenge just to know when my package will be delivered
