Worse than Eskom and Telkom.

What a horrible, disgusting company to work with. My R20,000 parcel is just GONE... It has apparently been "en route" from Jhb to Cape Town for almost 2 weeks now, and all they say is the parcel is on its way. Not one single person can tell me where it is, not one person can put me through to a supervisor (they are too good to speak to clients). They cant tell me when it will deliver, cant tell me anything at all. What a absolute useless company, I would say worse than Eskom and Telkom. One star is way too much for them. GE***
