****, Worse couries!! Stay away from their service!

This courier service is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been waiting 10 days for my package and it still hasn’t arrived. At this point, it honestly feels like they’ve lost it—or worse. I’m starting to think the whole thing is a ****. I’ve called customer service repeatedly, and every single day they promise delivery “today,” but it never happens. It’s just one excuse after another. This level of dishonesty is beyond frustrating.

I really hope they’re held accountable and that no one else has to deal with this kind of service.
