WORSE COURIER COMPANY EVER!!! BE WARNED

This is my first time using them. This courier service is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been waiting 7 days for my package and it still hasn’t arrived. On the track update system it was saying "out for delivery" then this morning the status changed and is saying "Delivery failed- rescheduled with customer". This is a blunt lie. They never contacted me. I’ve called customer service repeatedly, and every single day they promise delivery “today,” but it never happens. It’s just one excuse after another. This level of dishonesty is beyond frustrating.

I really hope they’re held accountable and that no one else has to deal with this kind of service. Reply (0)
