Wors delivery service

This is the wors delivery service.. struggle to get my parcel sins last week it was out for delivery on the 27the of August i was off and was at home the hole dag..looked at what time they will deliver sins its 18hoo it said failed to deliver because client did not answer the phone no one phoned phoned them they said they have phone logs and i did not pick up i said no one phoned they ask for the phone number i gave the number its correct i asked the next day same story and on the weekend still the same story its know the 2nd and i still did not received my parcel
