Why GFS Express courier should shut down

Two African males delivered my package Refused to get off the car, refused to even drive to my house- they expected me to come to them- they damaged my package and spoke in such a harsh way to me, asking me why I’m not coming to their car and what am I standing for when I should be walking, told me they weren’t coming to deliver As for the staff at the customer care line, they could not care less, they listened to me, then proceeded to put me on hold until the call ended, no follow up call, nothing. One gave me a number of an ex supervisor to call, what they were trying to do I’ll never know, that is extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never accept another package from sky net, nor use this courier service again
