What a useless company, stay far away!!!

Absolutely pathetic service. Do not EVER use this company. My Temu parcel left China on 31 of July, and arrived and cleared on the 8th of August. Since the 11th of August i receive the notice "We are trying to deliver your order" I phoned their contact number - a woman said to me "they have a massive amount of parcels to clear, but I'll get it by Friday the 15th. Yesterday the message "We are trying to deliver your parcel" again appeared. This morning I received a phone call that its late because they "..don't have enough info on my address, where in Cape Town is it?" I said CAPE TOWN CBD, and if you type the street into Google, there is only one such street name in Cape Town!" I was then assured it will arrive today for use on Sunday when I need it. So its now 15:44 on Friday. I've been calling every 10min, they haven't answered their phones since 15:00 and their offices close at 15:30, ...so guess what....

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A USELESS COMPANY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE.
