WHAT A SH*T COMPANY - TAKE YOUR SCREAMING TODDLERS A DAMN CRECHE!

0 stars, order was supposed to be delivered on 25th, so I stay home to be able to accept- it never arrives. next day i arrange for someone else to be at my home to accept on my behalf, i call them to try and find out an estimate delivery time, they basically tell me to F off and wait as it can take up to 3 days from when the SMS is received - would be useful to maybe add that to the damn SMS??? Today I am unable to get someone to be at my home to accept, but this is supposedly the last day they will be delivering right? So i am taking another half day off work for a ******* delivery, so I decide to contact the driver to find out an estimate time... yeah as if the number provided would be correct. So i phone GFS again, after calling and being dropped 5 times, i get though to a woman.... WITH A SCREAMING TODDLER in the background! *** even? Just to be told, they don't get the driver contact details... so they add it on the website but the company support staff don't have it? ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
