Very Very Bad Service From GFS and TEMU

I purchased some things off Temu and this was 29/11/2025 already. I was tracking the order here and there. The order finally arrived in Cape Town as per GFS. They have my package and they have still not delivered. I have been working online with Temu agents and calling GFS everyday without success. Among these are a Xmas dress my wife wanted. I been told that it’s escalated however my wife is now anxious that she won’t have the dress she wanted for Xmas. I am very disappointed in the service from Temu and GFS as I have never experienced this type of service ever before from a reputable company as Temu. I want my things Very Unhappy Customer
